- Prices are subject to change without notice. Once the package has been confirmed, no price changes will apply.

- Once the package is approved and reservations are made a deposit of 50% of the package cost will be required, of which $250.00 is non-refundable in case of cancellation.  Full payment must be made 45 days prior to arrival. If the reservations are made less than 45 days before the arrival date, full payment must be made at the time of reservation.

- The prices for the packages are quoted in US dollars and are per couple. Due to the fact that the net rates used by the agency are confidential, NO BREAKDOWNS WILL BE GIVEN AT ANY TIME.

- Changes made after the package has been confirmed will have a penalty of $25.  The charge applies for every change made. 

- The confirmation of the itinerary is subject to availability. The order of the itinerary may vary according to availability. It is recommended that reservations be made at least 9 months in advance for the months of December, January and Easter Holiday, 6 months for the remaining of high season February 1st through April 30th and July 1st to August 31st and 4 months for the green season which goes from May 1st to June 30th and from September 1st to November 30th.

- All cancellations must be done in writing. Penalties will vary according to the hotels and their cancellation policies. No refunds will be made on any cancellations made 15 days prior to arrival.

- Please keep in mind that if you are renting a car, the rental car company will require a $1000 deposit on a major credit card, which will be released once the car is returned.  Unless previously requested, the car will be standard transmission.

- Gratuities to drivers, guides, chamber maids and bellhops are not included in the package.
